Robert Wood Johnson Foundation: Healthy Eating By Design Pilot Programs
The Healthy Eating by Design (HEbD) pilot project provided 18 months of funding and technical assistance to 12 of the 25 ALDB community partnerships to test approaches to provide affordable, healthy and appealing food options in lower-income communities where children live, learn and play. A second phase of this initiative provides one year of funding and technical assistance to four HEbD community partnerships to support the development and implementation of dissemination and sustainability strategies.
